NEW: Nevada Needs JROTC Instructors

Do you have military experience and want to inspire future service members? If so, Nevada's Washoe County School District’s Junior ROTC programs want you to serve as an instructor and/or substitute teacher. JROTC programs are located on the campuses of all the comprehensive high schools in Washoe County:

- Damonte Ranch High School
- Galena High School
- Hug High School
- Incline High School
- McQueen High School
- North Valleys High School
- Reed High School
- Reno High School
- Spanish Springs High School
- Sparks High School
- Wooster High School

Special Requirements: Applicants must be retired from their service and can only serve as an Instructor in that service that they retired from. Certification as a JROTC Instructor through their service prior to applying is required. If you retired from the Army, Navy, or Air Force within last 3 years, you can become certified to teach JROTC.
